this shrine From Kyoto Train Station by JR Nara Line you can get off at Inari

shrine and walk were stunning with fantastic views, as fas as the eye
can see you can enjoy one of picturesque in Kyoto, Japan. This temple is dedicated to the fox god Inari,
the god of the rice, earthly wealth, and abundance. I would recommend going
during the week as the weekend was very busy meaning it was occasionally
difficult to get photos. Prepare yourself to walk for multiple stairs and climb
on top of the mountain to enjoying this Shrine which is 233 metres above sea
level.
