The Singapore Flyer is a giant ferris wheel in Singapore and was the world's largest giant observation wheel. Has an overall height of 165 metres this flyer offers the visitor to enjoy stunning view of the city Singapore. This Flyer has 28 fully air-conditioned capsules can accommodate up to 28 passengers each to enjoy 360 degres panoramic view stretching from Singapore's Marina Bay waterfront across to Malaysia and Indonesia. As a magnet for tourism this flyer is one of the city most recognisable architectural icons.
A camera's shutter speed can control exposure, the longer a camera's shutter remains open, the more light it takes in. Experimenting with slow shutter speeds to capture Singapore Flyer can be very interesting. The problem is Singapore Flyer is spinning slowly so i need to slow my shutter speed down to 30 seconds to 1,5 minutes in order to capture the beauty of motion. Ideally, for shooting with a slow shutter speed to secure my camera im using a tripod in order to keep my camera still.
